The spacious and very bright apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. The balcony and bedroom windows are oriented to the southwest, the windows of the living room and dining room are oriented to the northwest. The area of the apartment is 78 m2 and has two separate rooms, a living room, a kitchen with a dining room, a bathroom and a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove.

On the south-west side of the apartment there is a large 6 m2 balcony, which provides a space to sit quietly and spend relaxing evenings.

The apartment unit is offered completely unfurnished and is available for immediate occupancy. The rent also includes a cellar cubicle in the basement of the house.

In the vicinity you will find all civic amenities. A few minutes' walk from the house are Lidl and Albert supermarkets, several restaurants, playgrounds, doctors, schools and kindergartens. For bigger shopping trips you can use the nearby Galerie Butovice shopping centre which is located approximately 5 minutes away by car. This is a very popular location in Prague, mainly because it is located near the Prokop Valley, which offers countless opportunities for walks, jogging and cycling. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is also Dalejský park with a circuit for inline skating.

Monthly electricity payments amount to approximately CZK 2,500 and are transferred to the tenant.
