The apartment has a cellar. Parking is possible in front of the house.

Within reach of the house are all civic amenities, sports and social activities. Brandýs nad Labem is also known for the castle in its centre - one of the most important Renaissance monuments in Central Bohemia. The city, spread on both banks of the Elbe, is surrounded by floodplain forests and lakes suitable for recreation. It is popular as a cruise destination and offers many opportunities for sports and cycling.
