The beautiful and very bright apartment is located on the ground floor and has a west-facing living room with kitchenette and balcony. On the east side there are two bedrooms. The unit has an area of 90 m2 as well as one parking space in the underground garage of the building which is part of the lease.

The modern and fully equipped apartment underwent reconstruction a few years ago. The layout of the apartment consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a hallway, a pantry, a bathroom with toilet, a further separate toilet and a spacious living room with kitchenette and access to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer. Thanks to its size, the large and cosy balcony offers a great place to spend pleasant, peaceful evenings.

Prior to the commencement of the lease, future tenants are obliged to pay the owner a deposit of one month's rent. The monthly deposit for services and energy is CZK 6,800.
