The apartment has a total floor area of 80 m2 and is therefore suitable for a larger family.

The apartment unit is offered fully equipped. The layout of the apartment consists of 2 separate rooms, a living room, a very spacious hall, a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom and a separate toilet and a very spacious balcony. The rental also includes a cellar cubicle in the basement of the building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, such as a combined stove with an electric oven, a refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave oven.

The apartment building is located in a locality with all civic amenities such as kindergartens, schools, shops, restaurants and services - everything can be found within 5 minutes from the building. This location is also an advantage with regards to public transport. Public transport bus stops are within a 3-minute walk from the house and metro station C - Opatov within 10 minutes.

Before starting the lease, future tenants are required to pay the owner a deposit in the amount of one month's rent. Monthly advances for services and energy amount to approximately CZK 4,000, with the tenant transferring these to his own name.
