The house has been renovated, including floors, plastering, windows, doors, electrics, installation of a combined boiler, a modern kitchen, bathrooms, toilets and built-in wardrobes.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room, kitchen, a bathroom with under-floor heating and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a terrace, two children's rooms and an attic where another room can be built. The house has a front garden with an area of 65 m2 and a cellar of 23 m2.
Velenka village is located near to Prague (transport accessibility is about 20 minutes by highway D11, or a direct bus connection within the Prague Integrated Transport system to metro line B, station Černý Most. From the village Poříčany there is a train connection). This locality, which is especially appreciated due to the unique Kersko-Bory nature park, was also popular with the writer Bohumil Hrabal, whose famous Hájenka - the setting of Jiří Menzel's film Snowdrop Festival - is within walking distance. Likewise, the Saint Joseph mineral spring. In Kerský woods the Kerské lake is of European importance. At the western border of the nature park is also the national natural monument Slatinná Louka.
Civic amenities are offered by the nearby village Sadská, where there is a grocery store, kindergarten, school, doctor and more.
